Space, place, and time are of notable importance to the education of children with disabilities because meeting their needs can be made more effective if caregivers collaborate with professionals and utilize authentic opportunities at home. Yet, there is a demand for high-quality training programs for caregivers to increase their knowledge, skills, and confidence in managing their children's needs. By examining 22 evidence-based parent-implemented interventions, this systematic review presents preliminary findings on common features of parent training programs and how the programs were adapted and disseminated in low-resource contexts. These findings may inform the creation of effective and efficient parent-implemented intervention programs to address the needs of children with disabilities and their families.
