During the intermittent pandemic, information technology plays important roles in supporting online teaching and learning. Based on the organizational ecology, this study established a PLS structural model for exploring the systematic impact of organizational innovation driven by artificial intelligence (AI) on AI-powered online teaching and learning effect. We inspected the model by PLS-SEM through a self-rating questionnaire survey of 50 K-12 school principals. The results indicated that organizational innovation plays key roles in facilitating online teaching and learning effect, and only through organizational innovation can e-leadership and organizational culture enhance AI-powered online teaching and learning effect. This study hopes to provide a systematic understanding of AI’s roles in improving online teaching and learning effect in the post-COVID-19 era.
