International Schools: Publication and Co-Publication Network in the Asia Pacific Region

In the Asia Pacific region, the number of international schools has the greatest rise (Wu & Koh, 2021). At the same time, scholars pointed out the possibility of setting ‘international schools’ as an unique field of research (Bunnell, 2016; Hayden, Rancic & Thompson, 2000; Dolby & Rahman, 2008), as there has been a consistent number of studies about international schooling published, especially in Anglophone space (Schippling, 2018). Yet, there is no systematic review on the major research publication and co-publication network of the literature about international schools in the Asia Pacific Region. To fill this research gap, this study will explore the publication and co-publication network of the literature of international schools in the Asia Pacific region.
