In this study, we conducted a network meta-analysis to systematically review articles using TALIS data to examine the relationship between school leadership and organizational outcomes. The results of this study found that collective teacher perceptions of shared leadership practices had a 1.6 times larger size effect on teacher job satisfaction than individual teacher perceptions. Teachers’ higher evaluation of the principal’s instructional leadership indicated a 24 times larger effect than the principal’s self-evaluation on teacher self-efficacy. It was also found that teacher self-efficacy was the most powerful bridging variable in the networked process of school improvement.
