Abstract

To advance the conversation on how children are holistically educated by the U.S. Catholic schools, this conceptual paper summarizes the evolving literature on existing frameworks on whole child education, presents a whole child framework specific for Catholic schools, and articulates a research agenda for scholars, practitioners, and philanthropists to consider making an investment of their talent, time, and treasure.
