New Normativities for LGB People in Schools Under Neoliberalism

Abstract

This paper examines interviews from LGB teachers to query the new normativities that are produced within neoliberal frameworks in schools. By examining different contexts, the research demonstrates that LGBTQ+ inclusion is something that should be considered as both contextual and continuous. Moreover this may not always match the proposals of research.
