Abstract

In this presentation we interrogate power through the use of a critical reflexive tool developed to navigate hierarchical research team structures. Our approach is guided by critical scholarship that employs Bourdieu’s conceptualization of reflexivity in order to move beyond individual-level positionality, toward the critical analysis of the larger academic field.
