Thu, April 13, 4:40 to 6:10pm CDT (4:40 to 6:10pm CDT), Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, Floor: 4th Floor, Addison - 1/2 Marriott Ballroom

Abstract

Online learning has become one of the mainstream delivery methods of instruction in the last decade. As more and more learners engage in online learning settings, it becomes critical to investigate factors affecting their success in these environments. Satisfaction is one of the variables that is associated with success factors in online environments. In this session, we aim to present our findings of the systematic review on online learning satisfaction. Developing a protocol and adopting the reporting guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses, we identified 72 journal articles reporting on original research. In this proposal, we present our preliminary findings of 18 articles reviewed and we expect to finalize the study in August 2022.
