Abstract
The first part of this presentation includes my experiences through the lens of a couple of snapshots of my research and how they resonated with the stories of the participants/collaborators. The conversational themes which emerged from my research, combined with my own experiences, deepened my understanding of Korean and American cultures and cultural identities. The second part addresses the impact of this journey on my professional and pedagogical identities and how I came to define the concept of Visual Storying.
