This qualitative study explores the community cultural wealth of international students with African ethnic identities. Data suggests that African international students have intersectional experiences and corresponding challenges as well as advantages. This paper attempts to go beyond merely itemizing these challenges and instead focus on how African international students harness their cultural assets to thrive in their new environments. The findings on their community cultural wealth are categorized into navigational capital and social capital.
