Abstract

Storytelling and reflective inquiry are active, living, and integral arts in communal and global exchange. We often engage in dialogue without realizing its subliminal presence or life-changing influence. This research emerged from a doctoral seminar, exploring connections between and among the “Great Works of Our Lives”. We were challenged to examine and re-assess our positions as developing scholars, educators, and members of global and intricate communities. Ever present has been local and global unrest, but the strength of interpersonal, genuine communication continues to inform how we learn, grow, and share our lived and bonded experiences.
