Abstract

This paper explores the use of cultural/educational journey maps with teachers in graduate programs focused on equity and diversity. We share how we asked the teachers to complete these maps as a way of thinking about their teacher identity development. We look inward at our own pedagogy and outward toward the experiences of the teachers in graduate programs.
