Elements of Network Culture

• In Event: Networks in Educational Change: Contexts, Theories, and Practice

Abstract

What is the role of Professional Learning Networks in educator professional development (PD) and school change? This study contributes by investigating elements of network culture. Analyses identified the relational role of collaboration, and the relational and emotional aspects therein, and how they can invigorate pedagogical innovation and school/system change particularly for educators working in rural and remote communities.
