Thu, May 4, 11:30am to 1:00pm CDT (11:30am to 1:00pm CDT), SIG Virtual Rooms, Measurement and Assessment in Higher Education SIG Virtual Session Room

Abstract

What data are used to improve student learning? Who decides what types of data can be used to improve student learning? Should we move beyond only student performance metrics to include more types of data collection? This paper will consider these questions and reflect upon the perspectives represented in research conducted by members of the Data-Driven Decision-Making SIG.
