Sustaining Healthy School Cultures Through Staff and Administrative Support

Abstract

The purpose of this presentation is to investigate the different perspectives of administrative and staff support of school initiatives in regard to sustaining healthy school cultures. Participants will engage in an interactive session with dialogue and activities surrounding the identification of resources and collaborative relationship between administrators and staff which contribute to the sustainability of comprehensive school-based initiatives.
