In this paper session, presenters will share qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods, and conceptual scholarship that applies and extends organizational theory to explore how we can make schools both more effective and racially equitable. The discussant will lead an interactive conversation between presenters and the audience related to how we might further leverage organizational theory to improve schools and disrupt institutionalized racial inequities.
