Abstract

In this session, the panelists will share tips, strategies, and hard truths about the struggle of trying to pay rent, eat, and survive while living off of a graduate student wage. Each panelist will give an in-depth analysis of their experience of how they have endured the ups and downs of not knowing if or how they were going to make it while being a Ph.D. student and living below poverty. Attendees will walk away with tips, strategies for domestic, and international students who are trying to make ends meet while advancing their education.
