Abstract

This AERA memorial session honors beloved colleague and friend, Stafford L. Hood, Sheila M. Miller Professor of Education/Curriculum Instruction Emeritus and Founding Director, Center for Culturally Responsive Evaluation and Assessment (CREA). As we honor Prof. Hood’s legacy, we bring together classmates, colleagues and peers who reflect on his professional and scholarly life, ways he has impacted our scholarly communities of practice, and provide opportunity to fellowship with those who loved him and were impacted by his work.
