As student populations continue to diversify, educational gaps among student groups of various cultural identities such as race, social class, and ability continue to be at the heart of school improvement work, most often led by educational leaders. The preparation of these leaders matters. The underpinnings of Jesuit Education include multiple characteristics that shape students' discernment in their call to serve for and with others as inclusive school leaders during their preparation programs. This mixed methods study investigated United States Jesuit College and University Faculty perceptions regarding the influence of Jesuit Education characteristics on their individual practices and documents they use to prepare Masters students as future inclusive educational leaders. The findings and conclusions of this study are forthcoming.
