Abstract

Equity-mindedness is a defining feature of educational excellence. Still, definitions of quality in online courses may not explicitly center diversity, equity and inclusion in their frameworks. This qualitative content analysis explores rubrics for online teaching quality utilized in the California State University System and analyzes their engagement of the concept of equity-mindedness.
