Student inolvement is important as it shapes educational outcomes. This paper presents the findings of our empirical study to designate the level of student involvement as a function of students’ interactions with their teacher and the characteristics of classroom activities at a Belgium-based international school. Based on the findings, the paper presents implications and recommendations for teachers to improve student involvement.
