This study explores the implementation of the Model for Complex Change, or the Knoster Model, in a K-8 school setting through collaborative prismatic inquiry. The research identified gaps in the literature and examined practical implications for managing change within a professional learning community (PLC) framework. Results emphasize the importance of clarity in vision and propose a process and maintenance structure for successful change. The study fills the scholarly research gap and highlights key components like shared vision, skills, incentives, resources, and action plans, along with leadership and consensus in driving effective change within PLCs.
