The field of education research has often neglected the expertise and voices of disabled students (Connor, 2008; Mueller, 2019). This paper outlines the potential of podcasting as a research methodology that challenges the status quo and facilitates inclusion of disabled students in conducting education research. The ways in which podcasting functions as an arts-based research method, alignment between Disability Studies in Education (Baglieri et al., 2011), and the parallel between Disability Justice principles (Berne et al., 2018) and podcasting are discussed.
