This paper challenges the prevailing settler logic in research aimed at dismantling racial injustice and envisioning just educational spaces. We critique the logical principles underpinning critical research and propose an alternative approach. By drawing on contemporary paraconsistent logic, non-classical logic, critical studies, and posthumanist philosophy, we advocate for a more inclusive and agential perspective. Our argument shows how settler logic perpetuates oppressive structures and fails to address the complexities of diverse identities. Instead of attempting to ameliorate settler logic's consequences, we advocate adopting a broader logic that embraces possibilities and multiple truths. Through this transformative inquiry, we envision a world where justice is not just an outcome but an ongoing process shaped by imaginative futures.
