The U.S. educational system has not changed historically; however, our world has significantly shifted from the Industrial Age. The pandemic highlighted the need for educational reform with school leaders responsibly taking steps to future-ready learning experiences for students. This article provides a conceptual framework on how to innovate education through Transformational Digital Leadership (TDL). Those who employ a TDL approach possess instructional technology knowledge, act as change agents, and have social awareness for their local educational agency, directly or indirectly impacting teacher practice and student outcomes by cultivating a transformational culture and vision.
