Career Planning for Undocumented Students in Higher Education

Abstract

Using LatCrit and analysis of testimonios, I explore how undocu/DACAmented Latina/o students engage in career preparation and planning while in college. I explore how they reflect on how their undocu/DACAmented status influences what they consider for their careers, career changes, and career preparation (ie internships, employment experiences, etc.) while in college.
