In 1987 the National Association of State Boards of Education (NASBE) published the policy workbook Someone at School has AIDS in response to the unfolding health crisis. This study is an analysis of the recommendations made in Someone at School has AIDS and a comparison between the first edition and the second edition of the document which was released in 1994.It is based on a series of oral histories conducted with NASBE employees.
