The primary purpose of this exploratory study is to understand how the collective knowledge generated from networks of school leaders in TeleED as they analyze real-life cases compares to the information produced by ChatGPT software. Specifically, this study focuses on comparing the solutions provided by ChatGPT software which came from extensive databases, with those proposed by the educational leaders. Notably, ChatGPT offered comprehensive step-by-step solutions; the educational leaders in TeleED shared specific examples and resources they had used. Moreover, the leaders contributed additional value by providing supportive and encouraging messages, fostering a sense of belonging among participants.
