This study aims to explore the educational and professional experiences of QuantCrit women researchers in the field of education through a collaborative autoethnographic approach. QuantCrit provides a guide for how education researchers intentionally consider race and racism when using quantitative methods. By utilizing autoethnography, we engage in self-reflection to draw on our personal experiences and gain a deeper understanding of how our doctoral training, interactions with colleagues, and the academic and professional environment have influenced our QuantCrit identity and expertise. Our research offers implications for faculty and practitioners, guiding them towards a more inclusive and equitable approaches of quantitative methodologies in policy and research, particularly for minoritized groups.
