This paper reports on results of an ethnographic study drawn from an evaluation of emotional well-being training delivered to Catholic K-12 teachers and parents by a Catholic university. Teacher and parent effectiveness is directly related to positive emotional well-being. Post pandemic, research indicates growing stress levels for both parents and teachers. DePaul University designed the emotional well-being program to address growing levels of parent and teacher stress and the resultant divisiveness. Data revealed that the emotional well-being training shifted teacher and parent relationships, reflecting more authentic communication and CST themes of care, solidarity, and community. The emotional well-being training of parents and teachers in Catholic schools supported creating equity and equanimity between parents and teachers.
