Abstract

The global pandemic and racial justice protests of 2020 exacerbated the politics of education, further widening the partisan campus and classroom atmosphere. Notwithstanding the historical and novel education policy debates, this paper explores the journey of teaching about law and race while immersed in a heightened political climate.
