This research used a systematic instructional design approach to develop an online courseware for college students to improve their eHealth literacy, so that they may effectively search, acquire, understand, appraise, communicate and apply the online health information they retrieve. In specific, this research applied the ADDIE model: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, in the process of developing courseware. Results of evaluation from experts showed positive on this courseware, and students after taking the developed courseware had significantly improved in their knowledge about eHealth literacy and self-reported a more positive outcome in their attitude and behavior.
