Author1 (under 18) thought on this – “Well yeah it is, but everyone should listen to Aboriginal people to show them how to care for it and fix it because the elders know everything about the land. How it works, what to do, how to care for the animals. AND all the spirits that give messages.” with XX Country Decision-makers who are not listening to Indigenous peoples are taking risks. They risk continuing dire colonisation and cultural dominance while failing to prepare adequately for accelerating climate changes. In 2022, three families – one Indigenous and two not Indigenous – began a blogged conversation with a shared commitment to tune into ‘Country’ and ‘Climate’.
