This paper seeks to demonstrate how the educational community has effectively translated Science of Learning (SoL) findings to the educational landscape in Singapore. Using the institutional Leadership from the Middle (LftM) framework, we show how the Science of Learning in Education Centre (SoLEC), a research centre within the National Institute of Education (NIE) in Singapore, can play an integral role in advancing human potential by acting as an institutional middle leader in translating research to practice while also working with policymakers to bridge the practice to policy gap.
