Abstract

This presentation explores one parent-educator’s advocacy journey as she employs ancestral knowledge and strategies to make decisions for her child. She dismantles the educational injustices by constructing a system that works for her child. Attendees explore these and compare feedback from Writing and Creating as Therapy Spaces presentations and workshops.
