This paper examines educational inequity, specifically focusing on children with disabilities and racially diverse learners who often encounter exclusionary practices in schools. Efforts at the global level aim to combat stigma, discrimination, and neglect while establishing supportive infrastructures for meaningful participation. The complexity of an individual's identity, encompassing factors like disability status, race, culture, language, and gender, contributes to educational disparities. Adopting an intersectional approach is vital for ensuring effective, accessible, and inclusive education for all children. The study outlines an emerging research-practice partnership centered on organizational learning to advance inclusivity. The core question investigates how school leaders can collaborate with universities to drive systemic transformation, promoting inclusive education and dismantling systemic injustices to foster equitable educational opportunities.
