Latinx immigrants are negatively impacted by social, economic, and environmental challenges due to their linguistic and cultural identities. This paper explores the correlation between bilingual immigrant parents’ social determinants of health (SDH) and factors related to immigrant identities. Data gathered in a larger study focused on understanding the ecology of immigrant families’ health and well-being were examined through the lens of Bronfenbrenner’s Ecology Theory. An expert-reviewed multiple-choice survey with Likert scale questions of bilingual immigrant parents (n = 54) was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings indicate a major connection between SDH factors and ecological components of immigrant health and well-being, which has significant sociopolitical and health policy implications.
