Abstract

This research is the initial phase of a project that seeks to examine the perspectives of Black learners and workers pursuing non-degree pathways across technology in order to better understand the skills and supports needed to promote success and longevity in the industry. This landscape report encapsulates existing trends, research, and program supports that promote success for Black employees in the field.
