An essential aspect of dismantling social injustices and creating educational opportunities involves fostering positive character strengths in students. To achieve this goal, a partnership was formed among a non-profit organization, a philanthropic organization, and schools across nine states to build the capacity of school personnel in planning and executing sustainable character education practices. This evaluation examines the three-year development and implementation of the partnership. The findings indicate that the partnership increased participants’ knowledge of character education, facilitated the development of school-specific character education plans, and had a positive influence on the school environment.
