This study aimed to determine the mediating effect of distributed leadership on the relationship between teachers’ perceptions of school culture and organizational justice.To achieve this goal, mediation analysis, a type of structural equation modeling, was conducted. The sample of the study included 391 teachers in Gaziantep, Türkiye. Mediation analysis was conducted. The results indicated that distributed leadership fully mediated the relationship between school culture and organizational justice. Results contribute to the empirical testing of the relationship between school culture and leadership as well as the role of distributed leadership as an organizational property. There were positive relationships between school culture distributed leadership and organizational justice.
