Although university and school district partnerships have existed for nearly 50 years, there is a dearth of scholarship around blending theory, research, and practice to strengthen and sustain these partnerships, especially within a post-pandemic context. The purpose of this study is to understand how graduates of a university and school district partnership cohort program describe knowledge, skills, and dispositions gained from the program and used in practice as current educational leaders. The researchers utilized a basic qualitative research design to explore the following research questions: (1) How do graduates describe structural elements most useful to them now as practicing administrators, and (2) What knowledge, skills, and dispositions gained from the program are particularly significant in practice in a post-pandemic era?
