In the context of evolving societal dynamics, marked by shifting demographics, technologies, norms, and challenges like COVID-19, educational systems are pushed toward transformation. These changes often expose educational challenges, like student absenteeism and disengagement, requiring intervention. This study introduces a Data-Informed Attendance Network Improvement Community (NIC) that used data and community collaboration to enhance attendance systems. By combining qualitative and quantitative analyses, the NIC aimed for sustainable improvements at the district and city levels.
