Drawing on research in support of learning from comparisons in mathematics education research, this paper presents empirical results from a randomized controlled trial that utilized Worked Example Pairs to support student learning of geometry. Students exposed to the treatment group showed growth in their conceptual knowledge on multiple-choice assessments and had significantly higher conceptual and computation knowledge, compared to the control group, on open-ended discussion questions after engaging in the Worked Example Pairs.
