Dismantling Flawed Campus Climate Assessments in American Higher Education

Abstract

This study examined the institutional practice of a campus climate survey reported and prepared by the Gallup organization for the University of Nebraska. There are political implications of investing in campus climate assessment as a means of achieving diversity and equity-related aims within four-year post-secondary contexts.
