This paper presents an alternative method to evaluate the educational effectiveness of community college programs of study using an inclusive lens. The study examines factors influencing academic performance using multi-level analysis. Unlike traditional program review methods, this study addresses the longitudinal nature of student data with repeated observations of the same students across courses per semester and over time. I decompose the variation in the data by using mixed-effects analysis, and propose a measure of Ongoing Success, a novel method for measuring the continued success of community college students over time. The study reveals racial and ethnic disparities, and significant factors influencing educational outcomes. Recognizing and addressing these factors can enhance academic support and foster educational equity.
