This paper explores the concept of synergistic feedback in education, with a focus on the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and peer/human reviews using a mapping tool called (tool name redacted). Synergistic feedback refers to valuable, timely feedback provided to learners at the point of need, utilizing multiple assessment perspectives. (Tool name redacted) offers annotation and concept mapping capabilities. Through the integration of ChatGPT-3, the tool enables students to receive AI-generated feedback aligned with course rubrics, alongside peer and AI feedback. This paper examines students' perceptions of the synergistic feedback process facilitated by the mapping tool.
