This paper describes how two faculty from a large urban university used storying and mapping to uncover our own pedagogical journeys as we engaged with educators in graduate programs focused on equity and diversity. We used cultural/educational journey maps (Annamma, 2018) and storying to represent the lived experiences that influence identity development (Powell, 2010). To reflect on our own practice, we look inward toward our own pedagogical development and outward toward the experiences of the educators we work with, asking: How do we story our pedagogical identities through mapping and storying?
