Today’s demographic, economic, and political changes have placed growing emphasis on multiculturalism and a more global economy. These changes have necessitated different leadership approaches toward working and engaging with people of diverse backgrounds. With this understanding in mind, this research explores the integration of culturally responsive pedagogy and practice into an online doctorate program, both in course content and in approach by program faculty. This research utilizes student and alumni survey data to explore students’ and alumni’s increased success when they intentionally incorporate elements of culturally responsiveness into their leadership and subsequent decision-making.
