In this autoethnography, I engage a theory of wholeness with narrative reflections about my socialization as a doctoral student in higher education administration. I highlight how my experiences implicate my psycho-emotional, socio-cultural, and socio-political selves and environments. I advocate for others to critically engage wholeness, as praxis, to navigate academia.
