Blackwomen STEM entrepreneurs face compounded challenges as they deal with the embedded discrimination within the idea of entrepreneurship and STEM. Previous research into entrepreneurship has been grounded in the assumption that the processes at the foundation of entrepreneurship unfold uniformly for all people despite the vast evidence that marginalized groups have different experiences compared to marginalized groups (Bruton et al., 2022). This qualitative research study draws on Cote's (2019) version of Social Network Theory to explore the unique experiences of specific successes and obstacles faced by innovative and entrepreneurial Blackwomen in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics). Results indicated that Blackwomen leveraged various networking resources to find success for their businesses.
